Somatic Coaching For Alumni
A love note to past clients:
There’s something special about spending 3-6 months working together in a private coaching container. Whether we’ve worked together on more practical autistic support, somatic trauma resolution or a combination-we’ve done some beautiful work together. I’ve loved working with you and I wanted to offer a space for alumni to access additional support.
Sometimes after working together in a longer coaching container it can be supportive to have a space where we can:
have the opportunity to work on some topics in our coaching program that we didn’t get to work on in our coaching container.
have space to co-regulate with another queer autistic person.
bring some challenges and work through them in small doable ways.
be guided in some stabilizing practices.
It can be challenging to find a practitioner who is a great fit so if you really enjoyed working with me, I’d love to offer you one off sessions at a discounted sliding fee scale rate.
Some things we can work on together:
-
Autistic practical support.
We can work together on things like: exploring unmasking, creating supportive routines, unpacking internalized ableism, advocating for your needs, sensory support and care.
-
Somatic trauma resolution.
Using somatic trauma resolution coaching we can focus on things like: building muscles of worthiness, sovereignty and full self expression. Shame resolution, boundary work, inner child work and more.
-
Stabilization
Life can be challenging and it can be so supportive to have a space where we can be guided in stabilization practices and co-regulate with someone. Think doable ways to feel more stable and present in your body.
-
Sharing & celebrations.
Sometimes it can feel supportive to have a space where we can share where we’re at, process any challenges and celebrate what is working.
A flexible pricing module:
It’s important to me to make these one off sessions accessible for you and your financial needs. I have decided to offer a sliding fee scale for this offer to make my work more accessible. I ask that you be in integrity and honesty choose the tier that accurately reflects your financial situation. I am grateful to Alexis J. Cunningfolk for their writing on sliding scale pricing.
Tier 1: $200 USD per session.
This tier is the actual cost of a one off session. It’s for you if you have some financial stability, personal savings, own property or rent a higher end property, are able to pay for “wants” without checking your bank account and spend little time worrying about your financial needs. Paying for this program will likely mean prioritizing this expenses above other non-essential spending.
Tier 2: $150 USD per session.
This rate is for you if you don’t see yourself reflected in either the first tier rate or the second tier rate. This is the rate for you if you have a steady income but are struggling to conquer debt or move away from paycheck to paycheck living. You aren’t spending the majority of your time worrying about meeting your basic needs (such as food, housing, child care.) Note: If you can ask others for financial support, such as family members, partners, or loved ones, please consider using those personal resources before you use the resources of the sliding scale.
Tier 3: $115 USD per session.
This rate is for you if meeting basic needs takes up your budget and paying for this program would cause financial stress and hardship for you. If you struggle to pay for things like housing, food, health care, child care and are living paycheck to paycheck-this is the rate for you.
